Mark Oliver Access

According to Google maps on my phone the Mark Oliver Access is “permanently closed”.  I hadn’t seen that anywhere else so I assume that is not accurate?  Also, is there a turn off that gets you to this access when coming eastbound on 412?  Is the Access/ramp on the north side of the creek?  Thanks in advance for any help!

The Mark Oliver George's Creek Access is open as is all the other AGFC accesses on Crooked Creek.
