I am looking for an outfitter to shuttle a vehicle or two paddlers at one of these access points. Any suggestions on who to use?

Also, any suggestions on lures to use for smallies? I want to try an A-rig after turner mill due to the soft plastic restriction through the blue ribbon trout area, but am curious if anyone has any go-to lures. Not going to use live bait. Thanks
