Watched a few fireworks then had to hit the water. Got to the parking lot around 10:30 P.M. Had my brother and sister-in-law fishing with me. It was my brothers 2nd time on Taney and his wife's 1st time fishing Taney. We met Al (midge magic) in the lot and headed to the big hole. The bite was a little slow and short, but we managed to catch a few. Headed up to the rebar hole and worked it for quite a while. It produced a few nice bows just under 20". I'm really starting to like the south side of the rebar hole. Not the numbers you can get at the big hole but the size makes up for it. Around 3 A.M. we headed up to the cable and worked our way almost to outlet 2. Picked up 1 brown that was 21" and another just under 20". The rainbows up there were of quality size also. 2 more just under 20".

My brother and his wife will definately be back for more.

Hope to see a bunch of you fellas down there tonight. Supposed to be inducting a bunch of new members into the "Strip Club":lol::lol:

So you're liking that brass pole, huh?

Sounds like a good one even if you had to work for them...

TIGHT LINES, YA'LL
