25 HP Mercury (Tracker) Outboard

Selling my 2001 Merc/Tracker 25 HP, short shaft, electric start, tiller, outboard motor. Motor runs but has a ticking sound. Mechanic says it is the #2 piston rod journal bearing or the wrist pin bearing. Has title. Extras include:
- Spare aluminum Mercury prop (Part #48-19640A40)
- Spare starter motor
- 1.3 gallons Mercury Oil
- 1+ quarts Lower Unit Lube
- Lower Unit lube pump
- 5+ gallons of mixed fuel
- Mercury User Guide, kill switch lanyard, prop wrench
