loo10 Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Hmmmm... that brown is.... 18 inches... WHUD I WIN!!!... WHUD I WIN!!!! Rich... there's a fine line you have to work in porn... you want SOME things to appear bigger, but some things smaller... if you know what I mean... Not that I would know... I heard the secret was little fingers. Rich Looten Springfield, Missouri "If people don't occasionally walk away from you shaking their heads, you're doing something wrong."- John Gierach
FRENZEL Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Its natural to hold it out in front of you. It is supposed to be a picture of the fish. The person is just in the pic as proof of him/her holding it. Otherwise why not hold the fish behind your back. Nice fish Jeremy. TRACY FRENZEL FRENZELS GUIDE SERVICE 417-699-2277 "ONE MORE CAST"
Members kitgebhardt Posted July 16, 2007 Members Posted July 16, 2007 He's pretty, but... sammich trout. 20" tops.
BrianK Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Looks somewhere between 18 and 38". I'd guess at 22ish. Nice fish! bk
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted July 16, 2007 Root Admin Posted July 16, 2007 I'd say 20-21. I'm looking at his hands, distance between and out the ends. I'm not a big fan of holding the fish out in front of you... everyone does it to make it look bigger than it is which is alittle childish. But more than that, it's the same pose everyone uses and I like variety. Be creative.
BrianK Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 ok so i'm wasting some time here.... if your fingers are about the same size as mine then the fish measures out at about 18 3/4 " ....looks longer than that though. let me know if my theory works... bk
Thom Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 I didn't know that guides did that. I always use an extra extender for my arms and actually have a minature fly rod with Scott on it that I use to photograph fish. The one in the picture shown is actually only 6 ounces. OK I have been outed BTW if you look at Jeremy's upper arms... they are compeltely visible. If he was stretching out his arm that much you wouldn't see them. I've seen some of Jeremy's fish caught with a fishing buddy not on a guided trip and he doesn't need to exagerate Nice fish Jeremy! Thom Harvengt

Terry Beeson Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Hey Dano... that pic turned out pretty good for 2am lighting...
