MrsDucky
John and I found out this week that our little duckling is a boy! Since I told John we were expecting when we were spending our anniversary at Lilley's Landing, we were trying to find ways to fit that name into the baby's name. (Actually, if it had been a girl, John was all for "Brook", but I didn't feel right about naming a baby girl after a trout, so good thing it's a boy!) So, since Lily just won't work for a boy, Landing I mean Landon it is! The due date is still the middle of January, so barring any early arrivals, we should still make it to the New Year's Day get together. And Devon is thrilled that he will have a baby brother! He thinks that means he'll have some one to play superheroes with! And I'm sure they will... After all, John still plays! I can bring home the trout...fry it up in a pan...and never let you forget I caught it! 'Cause I'm a woman!

Terry Beeson
John still working his arse off? Still looking for something like I am? Hmmmm.... Landon... Good choice... But I bet John considered: Brook for a girl (as you stated...) Pat - (Patagonia) Taney - (duh... ) For a boy: Beau - (as in Rain-Beau) HEY... You COULD have twins = boy and girl - and name 'em Raine and Beau!!) Robert and call him Rod - as in fly rod... Hall - as in double haul... Cortland, Fenwick, Hardy, Orvis, Redington (Red), Sage, Scott, Shakespeare, Thomas, Weaver, Whitlock... Of course you COULD give him a name that would guarantee him being a world class fly fisherman, tier, and all around wonderful guy - Terry I know you guys are excited and of course our prayers are for a healthy li'l double haulin' stripper in January... And glad to see you on the forum. Don
Congratulations Duckys. I like the name Landon. By the way, if you need a name for the next one, Wapsi works good for either a boy or a girl. Don Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
