Hey GF Nice looking spotted gills! Looks like they will be tasty! Catch some more I really would like to try them!

Its about time to go gilling again! However right now I have been thinking white or blue cat fishing! However a few of them spottedgills :huh: would taste nice right about now. :rolleyes:

Yup. It is about time to go after the blues both cats and gills.

Give me a holler, we'll give them a shot, I'm restricted to weekend fishing because of an unfortunate condition called work. Don't know if they redears are active yet, but they should be by now.

Went down to the pond behind the house today and fished for an hour and a half and caught 12 keepers. 6 bluegills and 6 green sunfish, i believe they are called. The crawdad in the picture was in the stomach of the smallest sunfish we caught, very interesting :huh: ...Probably be back down tomorrow, good luck everyone!

while fishing yesterday at the local city park pond....carondelet park.......the small lake if anyone is familiar.....but neway right about about 730 i could see some fishing raising and in small schools of 5 of so.....i casted a tinny crank at em and first caught a small crappie....then i managed to catch 4 or 5 of these crappie/bluegills.....these fish look exactly like a crappie but had the colors of a bluegill but also had the black dots on it like a normal crappie.....never have caught anything like em..anyone know what i am talking about...ill try to get a pic of one soon..
