OnJuly 13th Kemp lake is hosting a fishing event for special needs children and their families.  we need a couple of guts with boats to act as captains/ guides  to help a special needs child with a parent  catch a few fish that morning  Kemp Lake is located about 1 hour West of StLouis in Leasburg Mo. on  our 20 acre lake with a concrete ramp      thank you for your consideration  Leo Lennartz
