I take Loopers cut off feet and half the tail.

Split hide and pull off skin. Take knife and cut Legs,Neck and Tail loose.

Wash it up Flour and Fry it like Chicken. 

My Father in Law said I was going to kill his Daughter and Grandkids with what we ate. My wife said I ate around Black's and Indians too much.
