Members Flatlander Posted October 1, 2007 Members Posted October 1, 2007 October 4-7. Great! Since I am traveling solo, I may see you there. You can give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.
Don Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 I'd like to make the Coffee Cup but I'll either be hitting my snooze button or putting waders on while drinking a red bull. I'm afraid I'll go back to sleep after breakfast. I do plan to make Fred's Fish House Friday night and wear my OAF hat. Hope to see some of you there. Don Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
Terry Beeson Posted October 2, 2007 Author Posted October 2, 2007 Ah... speaking of the Coffee Cup... I just found out on Wilson's board that the Coffee Cup is no longer in bid'ness... SSSsssooooo.... There will be no Saturday breakfast there... The choice for an alternate has been Mel's Diner which is just down the street a bit on Hwy 62. Another choice was another place in the Harp's parking lot strip mall... I'm voting for Mel's... Project Healing Waters Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 I'll be having breakfast at the Ramada every morning about 1 hour before the registration table opens. Thursday morning might be the only exception, as that is my best day for fishing. I don't know if this is a free continental breakfast for people staying there only, or if they have a restaurant that's open to the public. But if it's open to the public, anyone is welcome to join me. http://www.projecthealingwaters.org
Gavin Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 Cant make it but maybe someday...For those of you fishing in Arky..Those planning to fish in Arkansas. Arkansas tailwaters are infested with Didymo..Clean you stuff up, and dont bring it back to Missouri. Cheers.
