i havent been out yet but from what i have been reading they say they have been liking zebra midge, and berkley gulp yellow and orange. Thats just what i have heard, read back through the fishing reports down the page.

If you want big trout try trolling a rapala or lucky craft from Cooper Creek down to the bridges and even lower in the lake. Thanks the best and easiest way to have a chance at a big trout (brown).

I caught a nice 20-inch rainbow just up from Short Creek on a 1/32 oz. olive jig fished under a Thill float on 2 lb. green Trilene test using a 6' ultralight, and a buddy caught both an 18 and a 16 inch brown on a pure silver Panther Martin (#2).

BTW, we released all of the larger fish we caught so no fish died in the making of this post.
