Members Ryno Posted October 24, 2007 Members Posted October 24, 2007 What are everyone's thoughts on what the big fish do during generation. I was fishing around several big fish between outlet 2 and outlet 3 yesterday, they opened up two, so I stayed around the same area but it looked like the big ones disappeared. Thanks "set the steel to em"
Members Flextime Posted October 24, 2007 Members Posted October 24, 2007 Can't say for sure Ryno but I have a theory. Methinks that when the water is moving fast enough that we can no longer see those big fish...they get real tight below us and whizz on our feet. Can't really be sure, just a feeling. Probably does not answer your question
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted October 24, 2007 Root Admin Posted October 24, 2007 I see a few large browns in the eddies below #3 along that bank. They may seek out slower water or an area mid-lake behind a rock or ledge. But for sure they hug the bottom wherever they are.
