Danoinark Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 Have you tried finding them on Clarks classic rod forum? http://clarksclassicflyrodforum.yuku.com/ and welcome to OAF Dano Glass Has Class "from the laid back lane in the Arkansas Ozarks"
Gavin Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 Costables are hard to come by in the US....might try your luck on ebay,or the classic fly rod forum, but your best bet would be to check with some of the cane dealers (Bob Corsetti, Carmine Lisela, etc.) and see if they can track one down for you. Cheers.

TroutBum4wt Posted November 23, 2007 Posted November 23, 2007 Cane Sprout, If you haven't done so already, I would look at www.classicflyrodforum.yuku.com The forum covers just about all aspects of bamboo rods. Best regards "Where There Are Trout, There's Hope" - John Gierach
Gavin Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Might also try asking for the taper or a rod for sale on the rodmaker's list serve. http://smtp.goldrush.com/mailman/listinfo/rodmakers It generates a ton of email though. Cheers.
