Tu Christmas Dinner

Hey guys and gals... here's your chance to meet and greet some of us locals here in Branson and get fed too!! Our chapter is hosting a dinner and program (tba) on Tuesday, December 11 at Covenant Life Church (my church).

Those who have experienced my smoked chicken and jalpeno baked beans know what a treat this will be!! Those who have not- you don't want to miss it.

Seriously, we would love to meet as many as can come to our gathering. There's alittle cost to the meal but if you can't pay... please don't keep you from coming. It's Christmas!!

RSVP by Dec 8 please. I need to know how many chickens to pluck!

Just a note to let you know we will have our December Dinner Meeting at the Covenent of Life Church, 120 N. 3rd (just behind Empire District Electric) at 7:00 p.m. on December 11, 2007. There will be a nominal cost of $5.00/person for dinner. The next meeting of Branson Chapter of TU will be Feburary 23, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hatchery.

Election time is here again. We are asking everyone to give this some thought and forward your nominations to Fred Lauher or Carolyn by February 1 so they can be forwarded to the membership before the February 23, 2008 meeting.

We need volunteers to help with the repair of the stairs at Outlet 2 at the Hatchery. MDC is providing all the materials, we just need to provide manpower.
