We thought about coming down in the morning off the bank below the darn, is it fishable?

It looks like the water might be off in the morning. The wind will be up though. I am probably going to give it a go for awhile at least. If the fish don't bight I'll check out the new fish ladder and stop by the hatchery. Good luck if you go.
