vonreed Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Hey Tightline, are you talking about Clark and possibly Roy?
Tightline Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 You got it Vonreed.I would like to have a dollar for every animal they (especially Clark) have trapped.I guess you must know them, aren't they true versions of real mountain men.

Yeah Tightlilne, Clark is a good land trapper. I don't know how much he catches though. I trap the water so we kinda stay out of each others way most of the time. I live in the same town as both of them. Clark does look like a mountain man, he even has a house to match. He has a really neat place.
Chief Grey Bear Posted February 14, 2008 Posted February 14, 2008 Haha, I cant count the number of coons, possum and even skunk(unfortunatley) that has met thier end as chew toys in my driveway. She is a fearless killer. Without a doubt. She just doesnt like to swim. Wink Well, that is quite an animal you got there then. I have yet to see an overweight dog go one on one and get the better of a coon. Trav Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 If you look at the pic of her on my blog you will see she is pure muscle. Not an ounce of fat on her. Her last vet visit put her at 68 pounds. "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson
Chief Grey Bear Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Well which is it gonna be, 80 or 68? Fighting for survival and fighting for fun are two different things. Nice looking dog though none the less. Trav Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Thanks, She is trained to protect. Killing is a by product of her zeal. She loves her job. So you tell me, is it for fun? I dont care, at least I dont have animals tearing up my property. "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson
