Members Stephen Hall Posted July 17, 2011 Members Posted July 17, 2011 Robert Randolph is insane. I've been playing guitar long time. Recently started up on the mandolin... when in Rome. This is my signature, there are many like it, but this one is mine. http://urlmd.com
Don Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I know some of those Gibsons carry a little weight. However, I own a couple of Peavey T-60's. Those who know these axes call them 'backbreakers'. Very heavy bud good sound. They were the first guitars with the crossover 'coil tap' features. Look them up. They are sweet machines. Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
Don Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I've been more of a collector than a player lately. I have a Jackson Soloist from the 80's, made in USA, the thing practically plays itself, a couple of decent Takamine electric acoustics, an Ovation 12-string electric/acoustic, an old Gibson classical acoustic, and one of my faves...a Fender Catalina acoustic. I also play a Musicman Bass and just picked up a Tama Imperialstar drum set. I've only played the drums about 6 times but I have so much fun with them. Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
Don Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 I picked up an Epiphone Lucille at a pawn shop recently. Replaced the stock pickups with Seth Lovers and replaced the pots. Nice guitar for the money. Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
dpitt Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 I played in a rock band in college in the 80's, had a sweet 1970's Gibson LS6, needed some money for a girl, pawned in Joplin back then, huge mistake, don't part with your guitars
lee G. Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 My first good guitar was a Mosrite, that dates me doesnt it!
