SO HERES THE DEAL!!!

I went online to their website and told them how it was misleading and i wound have understood that there were limited quantities IF they had said so in their ad!! I told them how i showed up and that i was told that they would get more in and then called in monday and was told that they werent getting any more in!

All of a sudden i got a call from the store and was told that they were working on the situation and were going to contact orvis to see if they something comparable to that line they would sell for the same price!!!! I believe he told me that they would probably have some of this in by friday hopefully, HOPEFULLY! I think they are trying to justify the situation.

The manager told me when the ad came out he knew it was going to be a big headache for him because he got so many phone calls for it. They did tell me that they would hold some of it for me, lets hope this works out!

For any of you interested it might not be a bad idea to write something online and see where it goes. i was very nice to the guy and he was very accomodating

What I was told at the Olathe store was that these were the Rio Classic lines, but had a paint flaw from the factory. Rather than retool all of their boxes for the almost salmon color rather than chartreuse, they blew them out. My BPS store was out by an hour after they opened. I was disappointed, but what can you do?
