Made a trip to Ackerman access on the Norfork this morning since the White river is still too high for wade fishing (at least for us old guys). It was pretty slow early and then about mid morning things picked up. Caught 4 nice cutthroats, 1 brown and a handful of rainbows. Was fishing a Y2k with a ruby midge dropper and all the cutts took the Y2k and the rainbows the midge. Saw a good midge hatch and a few caddis coming off also. Can't wait for a good caddis hatch.
