  1. I'm really excited to be at 50 by 4/4/21. 1/2 way home, but no time to get complacent. I'm in Good Shape, but I have to keep Putting in the time and effort.
  2. 50) Bigeye Shiner ; another of the cursed Notropis ; I'm trying a different photo tank with at times marginal results

  9. @Johnsfollyhas a friend that's an actual professional. I can't throw the "Ask Bob" card very often though it seemed Big when I caught it and I laid it along the net to get a length. Which I haven't done yet. 🙄

  14. I was pretty comfortable that the first one was a carp. 🤣
  15. I'm gonna go with Make and Female White Sucker. I'm confused because I rely on Science and studies of fish found in Crooked Creek. The 2011 Journal of the Academy of Science Vol 65 Art 16 The Fishes of Crooked Creek doesn't show White Suckers as a possible species.

  19. Not lamprey wound and bloody fin. In the water, this fish looked like it had a stripe running down its side.
