Long ago, I picked up a weather tip from a guy on tv that I pretty much stuck with.
Bite picks up as pressure drops. When it the barometer stops & stays low, the Bass will nose up to the biggest wood or structure they can find.
Fish up against the biggest wood or structure & the reaction strikes will be somewhat plentiful.
Shortly there after- the weather will get bad, so don't stray too far from your own protective cover.
This has worked for me, I cant remember much more than a couple of things at a time..anymore....
So with high pressure & blue skies, you will see me just cruisen the lake looken around...
