Had a guide like that on Sanibell Island several years ago. I wanted to fly fish for redfish and he expected me to cast 80 ft into a 20 mph head wind while shouting orders. Very frustrating trip. I did not tip him well.

I was looking at from Gravois ramp down to Indian Creek.

Any body know what the water color is like up around the Gravois Mill ramp . Thinking about launching there tomorrow and seeing if fishing is better up there. Thanks

I had the store order it because it was on sale. I did not know if sale price was for online orders also. I plan on ordering straight from Garmin.

Went to BPS on 2/26/19 to get a Garmin Echomap Plus 63cv. They were on sale and of course they were out except for display model. The clerk did a search for one and found it at the Independence store and said he could order it and be in Columbia in a week. Went there today to see if it was in and it was not. I asked the clerk where it could be and he got the manager to look it up. The Garmin was still in Springfield and it could be another week before they got it. The manager today said I should have been given the option to go to Independence and pick up myself. I was so mad I told the manager I want my money back. They gave me my money back no questions. My frustration they should have told me it would be longer than a week. They are not the only place to buy things out there. They are going to be my last option to buy anything from them from now on.

Maybe I am speaking to late but I just found out Larry Peace passed away. I had not seen anything about it on here so I wanted to pass it along. I am 63 yrs old and I can remember when I was 6 yrs old going to his store and talking to him. I will miss him.

Looking for suggestions on the Garmin Echomap Plus 63cv. I saw one at BPS on sale. I am thinking about replacing my Garmin 550c. What are your thoughts about new unit. Thanks.

I am needing to replace my livewell pump. It has a straight pump in it now. My question is can I replace it with a 90 degree pump without a problem. Thanks for advice.

Getting bit on the pause. Bait is sitting and when I get ready to work it I feel the weight.

My setup is a Cabela's 6' 9" ZX Med. action casting rod, 10lb Seaguar flouro with a BPS pro qualifier 5.5 reel.

Having trouble not hooking fish on jerk bait. Seems like they are swatting at it. I will have them on for a second and they come off. I tried changing color but same problem. Looking for suggestions. Thanks

Has anyone used Lucas 4stroke synthetic lube and their synthetic gear case lube. I was wondering if it was better or equal to Yamaha lube. Thanks

Fished upper Gravois yesterday by Little Gravois. Tons of floating debris. Where did this come from?
