    I was wanting the advice of the many expierenced anglers on this site. I am considering purchasing a new bass boat. i have never had one before and i want it to be entry level and something i can use for the next 10 + years. I found a great deal on a Nitro Z-6 and was wanting to get everyone's thoughts on it. I would be using it around the area mainly on Table Rock or Taneycomo.

    trophyfishr i am looking to just tinker see what i can come up with. i am going to hopefully be doing some night tournments on table rock next summer and want to see if i can mess around with making baits and adding scents or attractants to my own baits and i think it would be neat to catch fish on something ive made. i think i am going to start out bare minimum with what i normally fish and get those molds and then go for there. if i can get good enough maybe sell to friends if it works.

    exiledguide i am cautious about craigs list and the condition of those boats. i worry how they are treated during their lifetime. were you looking for a john boat for springfield?

    and im looking at plastic molds or aluminum. the aluminum is more expensive.

    i have seen on youtube where they use a pyrex measuring cup and heat in a used microwave. i have another microwave and old pyrex measuring cup. do you hand pour or inject as well?

    Exiledguide when do you plan on selling your boat or will you? what type is it? i am looking for a tracker 165 or 175. i have a boat i use on lake springfield but would like to upgrade to something i can take to stockton or table rock.

    I am looking into Pouring my own baits whether it be injection or hand pouring. Does anyone do this or have any thoughts on it? anyone selling equipment or know where i can purchase it for a decent price?

    sounds like a good deal. i need to find that one off boat thats been sitting in a barn for a few years and the wife wants it gone for cheap.

    Can i ask where you found your boat and how much? did you use the motor off your other boat? i am looking for a decent bass boat.

    I have a 5 hp briggs and stratton i'm looking for a 6 hp motor now. my briggs is a great motor had it about a year now.
