My brother and I fish together a lot, we take turns running the trolling motor, up front we have a lowarnce x110, in the back we have an Eagle from 1992, he and I see different things on different electronics, but we both see the humps, depth, rocks, and trees. I almost prefer the old eagle. As long as you can see the depth and changes in bottom you should be fine. I should add we catch a lot of fish too. good luch

I went out Saturday on the Rock, my first time out there since May, usually I fish other bodies of water that I am more familiar with. It was my first go round with drop shoting and deep water bassin', I caught 6 fish total in 5 hrs, 2 of which were keeps and one short, but hefty fish. I found the tactic to be easier than expected and will be doing more and more of it. The recent Bassmaster's show on ESPN really fit the peices together for me on how it is done.

I cant stand it any longer either. I am hitting the rock hard this weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions around the Indian Pt. area or moving toward the dam?
