Let me know what you have that you don't want/use anymore. Particularly interested in Lamson and Ross reels.

I've left a vehicle parked at Marshall Ford on several occasions and never had a problem, yet anyways. There is pull off parking on the road there. You can float that stretch under 4.0 on the Berryville gauge, but the closer you get to 3 the more you will have to get out and walk the shoals. Agree 4.0 or so is ideal.
