  1. Would not want to be above it when it happened. One of those kayaks would be in serious trouble and you would loose your boat in a Jon boat. Does anyone know how frequent this happens?
  2. Thursday evening at about 6 o'clock I witnessed what looked like and eruption of bubbles. The location was just a couple hundred yards upstream of Lilleys dock on the shallow side. There were 2 spots that erupted and both looked like they could have sunk a boat. Has anyone ever seen this? Didn't affect the fishing witch was fantastic.
  3. Does anyone ever catch these crappie in the summer?
  4. I would think the crappie would hang around the bridge piers on the down current side, BUT this lake presents a whole different animal when comes to patterning crappie. There has to be a reason why they are where they are.....oohh wait that's all fishing is....duh! Next evolution in fishing sonar has to be fish drones. Military always comes up with the best ideas. HAHA The sad part about that joke is...IT WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME A BIT. I still love having to figure it out for myself. But I do appreciate you guys giving your first hand knowledge.
  5. Thanks for the crappie info. Love fishing Mark twain and Truman for crappie. I make a trip to Taneycomo every February and never thought to try for anything other than trout. Now that would be a beautiful combo at the cleaning station and dinner table. I truly appreciate all the work you do to provide these fishing reports and videos.
  6. When do we get to see some of that Taneycomo crappie action on video?
  7. Great report and videos. I thank you for all the information you have given over the years. I usually make 1-2 trips a year to Taneycomo for 25 years now and want to try a new teqnique each trip. You save me a lot of time when I should be catching fish. You may also cost me a lot of money since Fly fishing is my next thing to try based on some of your reports. Thanks again and see you in February.
