  1. Great report. Really enjoy hearing ppl's experiences on the water with the best in the world. Thanks for sharing
  2. Really shows how quickly the bite can change. Always amazes me.
  3. Yeah, when I was 7y/o I saw Roland and he wouldn't even sign my hat and was just rude in general. It's funny how you have pros that are fan favorites that look nice on tv and are butts in real life. Then you have guys like Iaconelli that a lot of people don't like and he is one of the nicest pros you'd ever want to meet. Can't judge a book by it's cover. I too am anxious to see how the pros adjust to the change in conditions. Blaukat seemed to have the right attitude.
  4. Great Job!! Those are some nice'ns. What brand jigheads are you using on your rig? I can't a head I like.
  5. I have the hot spots map. I just checked fishidy and it doesn't show that it's no wake either. So I guess I'll run it open around the bend. Thanks.
  6. It says on my map that it is a no wake zone all the way around it. Can you go through the saddle? That would save a lot of idle time.
  7. Thanks guys. Found out that they only close on Christmas.
  8. Anyone know if the walmart in Rogers will be open on Easter Sunday? Or anywhere close that will be open to get a fishing license? I won't be in Arkansas till Sunday and wanted to hit the water. I looked at buying a license online but it says to allow sufficient mailing time. So evidently it isn't just a print out license like other states.
  9. I'm coming down next week and would like to spend a little time fishing up the river. Would the Hickory Creek Marina ramp be a good place to put in? I wasn't sure if the low water would be an issue or if it is open to the public. Never been there. Thanks.
  10. Thanks guys
  11. Anyone know a site that tells the current water temperature on Beaver Lake?
  12. 3/8oz Death Shimmer chart/white and swap the blade to an indiana
  13. I'm just thinking about how many fish have seen wiggle warts in the Ozark area. I mean it has been a staple in every fisherman's box for years and will continue to be. Maybe a different crank would catch the bigger wiser fish that have been stuck by a wart in the past. What is everyone else's thought on this?
  14. Any chance that would work on a Humminbird too?
  15. I'm looking for mid to late april
  16. Anyone know what color the crawfish typically are on Beaver lake or have a picture? Thanks
