Freind and I fished Pomme river Thurday, Saturday and sunday had double limits all three days. fish were 1 to 2 feet deep females we cleaned eggs weren't bloody. water temp 58-59 deg.

Anyone know when corp is going to start raising the lake level

Lake le vel still 2 1/2 feet low some trash around 83 marine area as of monday

Ramp at state park is closed due to low water. I t was Monday until lake level comes up.

How long do they intend to keep the lake level at 836.00. Will they let it come up later in spring.

Thur was a very tough day went up Pomme river fished 5 hrs and only caught 10 12 dinks no keepers water temp was 75 deg and water was colored went as far up as PP bridge. Sat caught some fish on top water didn't find very many fish fished from 1 foot to 20 feet. water temp was 74 deg fished up the Lindley had 10 12 fish only 4 small keepers. Sunday was best day had poss 15 fish 8 keepers best one was poss 2 1/2 lbs fished dam to bolivar landing most fish main lake points on jig and shaky heads. tough week end

Was up Pomme river last week had 8 keepers best was 4 lbs rest 14-15 inch caught flipping jig, buzz bait and chug bug got in river around 10 am and out out 3 pm. Caught all fish above no wake at docks to PP bridge.

Seeing some people jug fishing flats above 83 up to island. Most were in 8 to 15 ft water.

Sorry for your loss. I loss my dad a year ago in March miss him every day. Am on a trip that me and him always wanted to make with his fishing buddy sure seems strange him not here with us. remember the good times and the quit times you shared with deepest regards and prayers

Fished Bolivar landing area found crappie 2-4 feet deep in back 1/2 of coves off river. Caught 19, 10 to 12 inch keepers only caught 4 shorts on minnows had grand daughters with me so that caught most of fish, Fished 3 hrs. nice day and good times with the kids.

Fished sat 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Had tem keepers best 5 weight 16.7 lbs big fish was 4.45 lbs cranks and jigs in creeks on lower end of lake secondary points back in creeks from 2 to 12 feet deep. Winners had 18.77 lbs caught his fish on Arigs same area of lake 3rd place had 13 lbs on jigs. First good tournament this year for use.

fished from 7:00 am till 4:30 pm. fished around dam and up pomme found fish on secondary points 1/2 back in larger creeks on crank baits and jigs. couple on stick baits best was around 5lbs had 15 keeper most 14-15 inch fish good day. stick bait bait seems to be going away.

The ones with the new toys are the same ones who took our money before they got them some are just good fisherman and others just want to have all the bells.

Have been in camp for 15 yrs. has had 3 different owners. was up last week and didn't see anything different. they were triming trees and getting ready for season. They do own Hobos now so may be very businessy. Haven't seen and adds with realtors. don't know about that.

Didn't find or graph in shat in either little or big cuts other than on point or just inside but no fish under them. Poss still a little early was nice to be out andnice weather

Fished fron 8:30 til 3:30. 4 bites and one 3 lb fish fished stickbaits and jigs from dam to 83 marin and up lindley to nemo. Fished steep rock main lake points tough day for me water temp was 39 to 42 degs afternoon.

Does anyone know what will happen if pull around closed signs and use ramps. Will there be any legal actions take. Have ask some People and no knows for sure. thanks for any help

Better Campground For Permanent Site

whiteside is good camp ground good hook ups and priced right. The Harbor is a corp camp ground and the way I understand it is you have to move trailer out at end off season and then back in spring. It is on water though Whiteside is about 1 mile from state park ramp. Been there for 15 yrs and am very pleased. You can build decks if want to at whieside don't know about Harbor. Cable is included at Whiteside don't know about at harbor hope this helps -

The park modle trailer if it is yellow is four lots down from mine. I have been there for 15 years on lot 186. Good people quite most of time except holidayn week ends. Highly recommend the park. Far as I know trailer is in fair to good cond. Look me up if you are up there.
