lost at pomme

Fished Friday nite till mid nite. Had 10 fish 5 keepers best was 3.70 lbs. caught mid Linley arm on shelfs on bluffs. Jigs and plastics. good nite. 8/24 fished to 4am had 25 fish most were 13 15 inchs best was 4.00 lbs get time with my son.

There is a mobile camper repair person in area ck with Dale at Hobos or message board at Bullseye for card. Have never used him.

fished from coopers cove to bolivar landing had 20 keepers most 14 to 15 in fish. caught on cranks. top waters, jigs and c-rigs. all from 10-25 feet deep.

Fished thur nite 8:30 pm to 4:00 am caught 20 fish none over 2 1/2 lbs had hard time finding fish. caught most on jigs around 10-20 feet on big rock. fished dam area. Friday nite 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm fished Wheatland area to dam area on fish flipping before dark. on on shakey head and on on jig on main lake points tough nite. Saturday 8:00pm till 7:00 am. had 9 keepers best 5 wieghed 14:98 lbs big was 4:54 lbs all on jigs and soft plastic on main lake and secondary points dam to Nemo. Partner had big fish, Good nite.

Fished from Bolivar landing to State Park caught 15 keepers best 5 was 12 lbs big was 3.92. caught fish flipping bushes with plastics. Also caught fish deep off bluffs and rock piles on jigs and plastics.

fished from 8 PM till 3 AM in dam area had 20 fish 7 keepers none over 15 in. most on jigs had a few on spinner bait. Sunday 10 AM till 2 PM fished up river to PP bridge had 8 fish 2 keepers jigs and cranks tough day but spent time with son so good week end.

I've been fishing since 4 yrs old. still love to fish. got into tournament fishing to fill the need to compete. But if you don't have a love for fishing then tournaments will poss cause you to loose the fire to fish and that would be sad. If do fish tournaments remember you will be fishing against guy with 20 or 30 yrs expience good luck to you

Fished up Pomme to point 6 caught a few small fish. Moved to main lake and caught 11 keepers on jigs big 3 lbs most were 14-15 inchs. Sat we fished on Lindle but couldn't find them in river. found on main lake swings and bluff ends had 15 keepers big about 3.5 lbs. sunday fishe tourn and had a 4.52 big and 13.76 5 fish. Fished Lindley arm from Nemo to dam all jig and crank bait fish had 12-15 keepers. all were 8-20 feet deep on bluff ends. timber didn't make any difference. good week end.

fished Pomme Friday, Sat and sunday saw mor floating crappie sat and sunday don't know but most were better than 9 in. So don't know reason but water temp poss had a effect and poss stess. If find out please posgt

good report anyone catching crappie

Most of b ig bag came on main lake or linly side flipping. Todd and I had 16.22 lbs and got 8th our big fish was 5.80 lbs. caught poss 15-20 keepers all flipping soft plastics and jigs in main lake afrea of Pomme side. 2nd big fish was 6.30 by Jerry james on spiner bait. Had good time and thanks to randy for doing the work to put it on.

Sunday water temps in low mid 50's caught 4 fish had 6 bites in bursh flipping had one over five and 3 15" fish tough day. Monday had 20 fish best was 4 lbs. fished from state park to Nemo bridge found fish 2/3 way back in coves and tight to brush. did have a few blade fish most were on jigs in brush really light bites. tues. fished state park to Haveastick found fish in in mouths of small coves. in heavy cover didn't catch a blade fish all were on jigs in heavy cover. water was dirtier the futher up we went but didn't seem to efect fish. Possibly because they had adapted to it over last 2 weeks. Had three fun days with good freinds. water was 64 deg when got off water at 2pm. good fishing.

Sunday wasn't any better for me and my son. had 4 fish and one keeper.

The main problem was that the lake colored up by saturday only found a few place on main lake that hadn't colored up. fish want to move to bushes but temp needs come up a few degres then look out be lots of big fish will be caught good fishing. johnnie

Fished Stockton had a tough day no keepers and 5 fish. fished from Springfield cove to the dam. Nice day on water with my son.

Fished from 8:30 till 5:30 spent time up river water temp was 43 deg. had 7 fish on jig. Moved to dam area around 2pm and fished clear water with stickbaits had 7 fish but all were keepers best on was around 4 pounds. good day. water temp at dam was mid 40's.

thanks man I gave wrong color on boat it is zx190 white with burgendy trim with 175 hpdi. stop and visit anytime you see me on water. the white bass have not done as wll as we hoped. have caught one 6 inch one this spring and have spent 2 days up pomme river.

I normally put in at state park since it is close to my trailer. if you see a red with burged trim skeeter 190 with 175 hdpi on it is possible me. fish all over lake depending on time of year. dad help build stockton pomme and truman. he passed away March 13, 2013. he showed me alot and took me fishing since was very young.

New to sight. Have fished all my life. First with my dad and then with my son. both were and are better at it than me. Spend week ends and all time possible on water at Pomme and other lakes chasing bass and crappie mostly.
