  1. Thanks for the replies. Amazing how far up they will go!
  2. Curious as to exactly how far up folks have caught white bass. Hwy 215? 550th? 111th?
  3. At Orleans bridge now (730am). Nothing happening...
  4. Just got back from fishing Spring River for the first time. Put in at Twin Bridges..about 40-50 trailers in the parking lot when we put in at 1030am..went up the Spring River fishing here and there. almost made it to Hwy 10 bridge before it got too shallow (3-4') and headed back. Slow going all morning and afternoon. Had 3 whites by 430 then the bite turned on and we landed 5 more from 430-600. Lots of boats..everyone had the same story...fish were hard to come by. Cold front they had a couple days ago muddied the water and killed the bite. Heard stories of guys catching 100+ before that front. Real windy today too. Air temp almost 70. Water temp was 51 degrees.
  5. Almost made it to Hwy 10 bridge..water got about 3-4 ft in parts just south of bridge and we turned back.
  6. 51 degrees up Spring River from Twin Bridges today.
  7. Thanks for the input gentlemen. I spent 1/2 my time glancing back and forth at the fish finder. Think I'm relying on it too much.
  8. Starting to wonder if my old 1998 tracker factory fish finder is junk...see stuff (not fish) on the graph but it is rare that it is a fish (fish ID). Are these old electronics basically just a depth /temp finder. Feel like I should have seen a bunch more fish yesterday. Saw mysterious defined diagonals periodically. Wondered if it's nit ID'ing fish like I'm expecting.
  9. Nice job Ducky. I'm new to Flat Creek. Got down there late afternoon and fished till about dusk..skunked...New electronics coming in a week or so should help in locating fish...1998 tracker fishfinder just not cutting it.
