Matheny must be pretty good at sucking umpires $%^, cause the umps gave that game to the cardinals last night. I know the padres are not very good, but those calls last night are the worst i've seen all year.

fishbait, just go to bps, and play around with both brands and see which one you like better. me personally, they are both about the same, lowrance seems to be a little easier on the wallet, which is probably why i install more lowrance products than hummingbird

yeah i was kinda surprised. i thought he could have been better, maybe it was combination young pitcher young catcher. xander looked comfortable last night, and cespedes made a good catch, unlike holliday.

i was gonna go to one of the games against stl, then i reminded myself how much i hate stl and decided to go see the SOX in KC next month.

I guess after winning a world series, and the next season, the team has a major hangover, nothing left to do but PURGE, and thats exactly what the red sox did this year. don't get me wrong i'm still rooting for my SOX the rest of the season, but come playoffs i will have to pick another team.

lackey will do great in the NL, he is a workhorse and innings eater, the cardinals should love having him for the stretch run and at his severly discounted price next season.

i don't feel it was worth it, 1 decent player and 1 unproven pitcher vs. 1 battle tested veteran, who after tommy john surgery, has a young arm again.
