Sadly, from what I understand, the process to get a fish weighed officially usually kills the fish whether the angler wanted to or not. It is kind of sad, but it is the only way to make sure the records are legitimate.

Hey guys, just wanted to stop buy and say hi. I made my account this past August but just lurked until today. You guys all seem nice so I decided to post. I live in KC, own a bass boat, and fish exclusively for bass. I primarily fish some small lakes in the area, Smithville and Lake of the Ozarks. I want to fish The Rock and Stockton this year, as well. I post quite a bit on another forum by the same username, so some of you guys might recognize me from there. Kinda funny how protective some people are of colors. He gave out some really good advice that is probably more important than the color, but still wouldn't reveal the color. As to the original question, I like either a white side with green top (rogue) or a pro blue or blue racer RC STX.
