  1. They are mean for their size!
  2. Awesome picture of double what fun!
  3. Quilback what about throwing a buzzer on braid? I do use braid on most topwater if I can get by with it!
  4. I agree that you have to have active fish pursing baitfish I was not in the right area when I have thrown this lately, but when I did see fish chasing on the electronics I would get a bite or swatted at when dropping to them. With other bites coming on this will still be something for me to tinker with!
  5. Caught a two smallmouths while spybaiting not going very deep with it mainly secondary points. Would rather had some sunshine! I have come to a conclusion on a few things throwing this thing far is easy 6# fluro will be my line choice with a 6'6" Lew's spin combo I first used this combo for wacky rigged senkos. I can feel little fish slapping at this bait while coming back to me and lost two that where 15' deep. It is fun to throw the Duo 80 I will be stocking up on some more colors and the 90s and gfix80! Fish On!
  6. Thanks for the help! I have always wanted to learn walleyes but for now I just catch them by mistake on bass tackle!
  7. Anyone want to ride along to help with testing launching at State park or Old 86 ramps! Going early if no fog! Three colors are tied on and ready to go!
  8. What do you look for to find good Walleye spots? What methods are good to catch them around the Lake? Thanks!
  9. Didn't get to use the Duo today the shad weren't there and it was too foggy to move so I started down the bank with a flat wart and caught a short K. Decided to check a top-water bite with a yellow magic and it never left my hand the rest of the morning. Had around 10 shorts of all variety and 2 good Kentucky over 16" and one squeaker LM all on shade banks less than 10' on big rock. It was very relaxing! Try to put the DUO on the boat without other rods to choose from next time out!
  10. I have had good success throwing the 80 Duo fish are under the shad and chasing through schools when I'm throwing it. I will see the fish on electronics and count the bait down to them and slow roll the bait back. The Duo 80 sinks at 1' per second so it's not hard to get it down. Going out Sunday I will mainly be throwing this and topwater! This should get better as the water cools!
