If you look at huge Cali bass...many of those come from trout-stocked lakes. Trout are very high in fat / oil and would fatten up a largemouth really quick. I'm really wondering if these places that stock trout throughout the winter would have the potential to grow a double digit bass. I caught a ton of brown trout this winter that were small enough to bee a great meal to any Master Angler sized fish.

I was wondering about this topic as well. From what I can tell, it's highly likely out at Angler's Paradise. I caught one a couple months ago near KC that was 8...but I've been searching for anything over 5 for two-and-a-half decades. The funny thing was that exactly 1wk later, I snagged a 3.5-4 foot long grass carp in the "exact" same hole. Then last saturday...I caught a 2.1# crappie from the exact same hole.
