Flicker shad, spinner bait willow leaf with a gold blade.

Run up in the river at highpoint access, fish the coves, that time of year I have had better luck than the main lake, chartreuse jig head with a lime green and yellow squiggly tail, or slab busters. Ask anyone highpoint is the spot for crappie and bass that early. Best time is early and usually mid day and late evening, matter of fact my profile pic was first week of last,April. Good luck and good fishing.

It makes since because guys do catch trout, and them take them around the corner, then do the same thing over and over, I really respect Phil the chairman of Ozark anglers but when guys get on here running there mouth he should delete them from here. This is about fishing, let's keep it that way.

Go to blunks access in April, sows moves up to the shoal I. Was catching them all the way from the 1st to the 23rd swimming minnows, this year take live ones as well, under a float, you'll see what happens!!!!!!!!
