I noticed a lot of shad running around there yesterday, i did catch one around point 15 area, he was about 13 inches.Another problem i have is im not an early morning person so usually its noon or so before i get out...thanks for the help and tips.....i ordered some baits per what champ188 recomended..oh and i do have a whopper plopper perch colored....lol. Most all my bass fishing was done in Florida many years ago in a 10 foot john boat, i moved up here in 1996 and just started fishing this year after buying a 17'6" Champion DC fish and ski and doing a restore on it..had to put a transom in it and it has a 135 mercury on it and still working on setup....thanks again

I guess there is no fish up in that area, fished there many times with no success.....maybe i just dont know what im doing....lol.....New to fishing Tablerock Lake and areas but not new to fishing. Guess im just not holding my mouth right...lol...any help would be appreciated.

Was up there yesterday and nothing..coarse i was not there till about 1 pm, watched several other people fishing around there and didnt see them doing any good either, water temp was 77 degrees...seems to be a lot of bait fish about...had one hit and dont know what it was cause it headed for my trolling motor, which was running and bent over to shut it off and gave some slack to get line around trolling motor and it got off..felt pretty good what ever it was.

Fished Campbell point this afternoon, got there about 12ish and fished till about 4:30 fish where holding deep, but we caught about 7 total and 1 keeper and 1 medium sized softshell turtle..water was 80 degrees there.
