  4. MOTROUTBUM....you from Durango? I grew up there, I miss it alot. Tons of great hunting and fishing. Sure has changed alot since I was a youngster.
  5. I agree about stern...the stock even went down after that loser stern, and I own it. There has been talk of that being a short lived deal....I would change but I payed for 2 years in advance, and really enjoy the football. With all that said they are both pretty comparable.
  6. I use Sirius...I find they have the better programming. Plus they are the only one with the contract to NFL football and college also. This means you will never miss a gmae.
  7. See Phil this is what happens when you advertize with Google.......try selling your own banners and keep the goons out!!!
  8. Temp is wonderful here in the Industrial park. We have had crazy rain here, just wont quit.......I love it.
  9. Ya, I heard Mcdonalds french fries work well also........................
  10. I sure wish I had the camera the day you and Greg were riding, it would have made for some great footage.
  11. It will.....actually about half of the cooler is set up to hold drinks and ice, probably close to a 12 pack. It even has a drain plug. They even make a trailer that is a full size cooler that they can pull.
  12. Feel free to comment on this clip!
  13. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1...=cruzin&pl=true Sweet video We made this video at the print shop after work one evening. You just cant imagine the coolness involved with riding your very own cooler. hehehe its great!!
  14. Dad and I would have fished but, I got me that gut virus thats floating around, it has me home bound! So what was the top weights? Hope it wasnt to rough on any of the fishermen
  15. Flash huh? Must have spent some money...or know somebody!!
  16. I recomend the HMH vice, Jeremy Hunt got a sweet deal on one of their large rotary models for me. It wasnt cheap, but I dont like buying disposable products. I always buy quality and buy it once, my vice will last me the rest of my life.....and then some. As far as tools go, skimping will only make you frustrated; for example buy a cheap pair of scissors and try to shape and trim deer hair. It just wont work.
  17. Ya thats definately a NO NO! I like to always check for a good stream coming from my motor, makes me feel good to know its staying cool. In my dads boat they took it a step further, and plummed the warm water into a sink, where you can warm a can of soup or rinse your hands after catching a big one.
  18. Dont hold me to it, but from what I have read these things belong in the sea, not our trout waters. I would be quite startled to catch a fish with one of those on it. Wow, Brian I beleive I would help one of those things commit suicide also.
  19. I dont think I would be comfortable having a stranger in my boat observing my techinque. I feel that the tournament Phil puts on is safe on fish as they are catch an release, all the fish I have ever caught have been released in good health after weigh-in. Maybey they should have a wader tournament, all the waders can wade by and have phil check their waders. lol....
  20. I am no better than anyone else...sorry for any confusion I have have caused.
  21. lbt I bought my waders to fish with a friend that will only fish in this manner. I didnt like the way waders acted toward me by crowding in fishing in front of me...and actually whipping my ear with a fly, so I use my boat the boaters for the most part get along. I also bought a couple G-loomis rods w/reels and fish pond vest and fannypack; most from backcountry wanna buy? As far as catching a fish in low water, you are wrong. I have caught monsters in low water. It still sounds like waders are trying to reserve their own "special little place". Boaters aren't saying if waters are flowing ban the waders till it stops. As for taking my boat "anywhere anytime", hardly that, I am a safe boater, and would be mad at myself for a week if I chipped my prop or worse yet busted or bent my skag. I take my boat where it is safe to do so without taking damage, or damaging others.
  22. Ya I agree, I am not trying to be rude or make enemies but if my boat will go there with out taking damgag or damaging anything else; I am going to go there!! If you were on a boat you would feel the same way. Also, I bought my waders from Simms and payed about $300 for them, but I would rather fish from my boat as would any boat owner and leave the waders in the closet. I am not that guy that pushes waders over with my boat I am courteous and watch for other anglers and they wave and understand I am passing through, have never had a problem.
  23. Gastons is a great place to stay and fish from, I like to freqent there often. I beleive shaffer joined us once there we had a grand time. What a weekend....we had a blast grilling outside of our cabin on the water, then the very next week he took a spill at rim shoals and split his wig. He has since recovered well and is better than ever!!!
  24. Isnt it the Epps that own K dock? They have always seemed to be good folks. you know with missouri having the concealed firearm permits and the way this guy is acting, someone might mistake his imature boating antics as a life threatening event, and let their cannon loose.
  25. I disagree, I can take my boat right up to the rebar with low water and I dont run any fly guys over in doing so. If my boat can do I feel I have the right of way in the water. I pay to register my boat, I pay sales tax on my boat, motor, and trailer. How many of you register your waders...hehehe? Of course I have a john boat with a short motor MADE for shallow water, and am courteous to the other fisherman. Maybe a Horsepower limitation, as was stated earlier a Ranger bass boat has no buisness up there as it was not made for this water.
