    Got the raingear and new waterproof fuses,extra-long!!! The only fuse wire I could find was chartreuse and black,that should scatter them a little. Did buy a brand new crappie call at Wally World about an hour ago.Got home and blew on it and nothin happened.Must have to have it in the water.Surely the package wouldn't lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sounds like some nice fish! The binman and I might be headed out tomorrow or friday to take his new ride we got last tuesday. The fish deep still I guess. We will give the jigs a try or some plastic tubes.

    This was the lamest tounament I have ever fished. It sucked dik and balls.Why waste your money on something like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I would fish off the Mile Long Bridge with a 1000 foot leader and minnows!!!!

    It's a safe bet we sucked thursday. One bite on the wart and a 3 pound rock on the wart. We threw chompers until the tails fell off,shallow all the way to 30ft nothing. Nothing on the blade,nothing on a stick. But it beat sittin at the house!!!

    Headed down about 7:00 or so.Putting in at Big Bay.I guess the stickbait bite is still on?Just getting away from the house for awhile.Report when we get back!

    You can believe this,I was on the lake saturday and I had my life jacket on.I never seen white caps like that!!!!

    Son, you forgot the part about the third cast my rod fly's out into the lake and my reel falls in the lake.Then 5 minutes later the whole dam eye breaks off your rod.I tied on a chomper bait a first cast it breaks off and fly's about 50 yards up in the woods.In my 47 years of life I have never seen the rath of Stockton like it was yesterday!!!!!!! Fishin with my son in his Champion Boat..........Priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I usually just stick my hand in the water to tell the temp!

    I have had a cabin at the end of Big Creek since it was built in 1960. My experience with this cold front pattern would push my stickbait fish down deeper and closer to cover,but could still get a bite but will be slower. Which in hand will bring the jig bite into play. The key to these two day's is patience!
