Howdy all . Well today i had to work (got called in out 1:30 am last night , and today was a schedule day off) . So about 2:00 today i decided to check Jolly Mill park out . It is a awesome place , Very clean water and alot of historic things to see and read This I think is the main water way here at the park This Photo is of the old dam , there were a couple of big fish in the run off , If you can wade there with a fly rod you could have a blast This photo is of the mill , It runs once a month on a Saturday it would be super cool to see . The rest is down stream of the mill . I fished there with not alot of luck This picture is pointing up stream towards the old dam So very sorry for the crappy pictures , not sure whats wrong with it This picture is from the old bridge pointing again towards the old dam , That bridge really makes alot of noise when you walk on it This picture is pointing down stream from old creeky bridge , I and an other fella fished down under the bridge u see in this photo Okay now the fishing Report , these 2 fish were caught using a salmon egg . The bigger one seemed to be around 14 inches or so . I used my fly rod for a bit with a red San Jaun . a couple of strikes but not really any takes on it . I switched to a midge and caught 1 about a 7 inch . It was extremely cold and hard to cast with frozen eye lids on my rod and my EYES . I then switched to my spinning rod and power bait , caught another mayby 8 inch . All in all it was fun and i do think its a great place to fish , Waders would be very helpfull and probally a little warmer aswell anyways hope i didnt bore you all with this Mr Ducky

WHOAAA We have to jars , YIKES now i know why my Wife , Son and I have been so sick great value and it starts with 2111 , hmmmm i think im gonna sue walmart for new shorts . I f win alot of money I will buy everyone in OAF a new eagle claw fly fishing combo from walmart

We Are not able to attend . My work has decided to have another employee sick today and she will be out tommarow aswell . This job is getting real OLD real FAST . LOL Fly Guy , Its Raining alot here in Aurora very foggy . I think i have the flu , Not feeling to well . If the weather would stay normal for more than 5 minutes and not go warm cold colder i dont think i would be sick . anyways ttyl all be safe

Can you use Rapalas in the upper end ? Like F3 and F5s . Tim the upper end @ the hatchery ? if so i have plenty LOL

That sounds great , However the wife Say's NO WAY too Camping . It will prob be to cold . Next question I no not to use my fly-rod first thing so i will probaly use spinning gear and im gonna try to fish zone 1 , Is there anything bait wise anyone would recomend , I have single hook roosters some jigs and power bait . any suggestions would be great

I bought a Ugly Stick Combo from Walmart , It's been a great rod and reel . I did however put new line on it . All in all its a great spinning combo , I have caught many trout with it including a good brown with a zonker jig (thanks again Leonard). It is a great pole though 4' 6" ultra light

Is anyone gonna go fish tonight ? or tommarow ?? With only 2 generators on it might be fun

Ahhh Terry I would of liked for Mrs Ducky and I to get to fish with ya today . We stayed home and did some spring cleaning . Im glad to see ya back on the water though
