I already know I can't have Bleached Flour, no Caffeine, no Sugar, nothing from a can, no Store Bought Meat, no prepared Meals from Store.
So use unbleached flour, Black Strap Molasses or Honey, Hemp Seed Milk, fry with Avocado Oil, Wild Rice, Teas other than Black Tea, Wild Rice, I didn't know on Corn but I can have it. I was worried for Frying Fish.
Didn't know it but Black Strap Molasses has Age Reversing properties and Wild Rice is pretty good eating.
Bunch of other stuff but it's fun working things out.
