  1. I'm concerned that I might be using the wrong techniques. When I observe professionals who make a living off fishing, they typically have four spinning rods or fewer on the deck, maybe one baitcaster, and they predominantly use livescope-style baits. Meanwhile, I find myself still relying on square bills.
  2. I always use my live scope whenever I go fishing, I am very good at it. But today I have a question. I'm currently employing it with more old-school techniques, like using squarebills, etc. It seems that the new, dominant tournament anglers are not using such baits and are mainly focusing on the obviously new-school live scope baits, such as the damiki rig (minnow bait), jerkbait, wacky rig, etc. So, my question is: How do you know when to incorporate these newer style baits over the spinnerbait, square bill, and chatter bait? Is it as simple as only when the fish suspend?
  3. I was looking for a good football head with a wire guard but a thinner hook diameter
  4. What would you recommend for football jigs with a weed guard for hula grubs?
  5. Mono on cranks do you not use fiberglass?
  6. what size do I get to add weight to my spinnerbaits I have no clue what I'm looking for Thank you
  7. so as my first post I'm looking for as much guidance as I can get I don't really understand when to throw each bait I'm mainly looking at getting info according to temp of water. I know the basics but looking for more advance guidance and see bablers and champs really breaking it down more than I know. sorry for the rambling but any tips on knowing when to go from the deep divers in cold water to x bait and so on.. also where does the kvd jerkbaits fit in this? Is it similar to spros?
