If you anchor your kayak in any kind of wind or current, you will want an anchor trolley for your kayak. I have purchased this YakGear Deluxe Anchor Trolley Kit. The pullies fit the inserts at both ends, but I had to drill out the holes in the pullies slightly to allow the screws to align. Be careful not to let the pully halves come apart. The two-hole cable guides require either drilling an additional hole in the hull or simply finding a pair of one-hole guides.

I had to re-glue the carpet on the inside wall of my aluminum boat, a Sea Nymph GLS 220. This Roberts carpet glue seems to be working great and is non-toxic/non-flammable, which is important on a watercraft. I like it because even with exposure to sun and water, this glue delivers a strong bond on various carpet backing types, including polypropylene, rubber, and urethane, among others.

I upgraded my worn-out and damaged bunker carpet by CE Smith carpets for the boat trailer bunk. Interestingly, it is made out of 100% PET polyester, which makes its fabric breathable. Therefore, the carpet can quickly dry even after loading and launching my boat. Worrying about nasty mildew and mold on my bunk boards becomes a thing of the past.
