There's a nice fly shop right on the other side of the river from Ackermann access. Leave the Two Rivers Fly Shop and take a right and go over the river and past Norfork River Resort on your right and turn on River Ridge Rd just before the white picket fence. I fished a couple of weekends ago there with the same flow you will see. It was wadeable and caught quite a few. If you want to keep some, head down river past the signs. Access entry point and up river are catch and release only.

Yes, the C&R starts about 10-15 feet upstream from the last outlet, and is marked with huge green signs on both sides.

Nice to see your report. I was there Sunday morning, too, and we caught about 6-7, mostly small rainbow stockers and one brookie. Didn't venture out much from the outlet area where the C&R ends. We used Pheasant Tail Soft Hackles and San Juan Worms. What were you fishing with?

Are you fishing in the dam area or Rim Shoals? With the high water, are you fishing out of a boat or are there safe areas to wade?
