My girlyfriend and I float and smallie fish with some of our buds, so keep your eyes open and maybe you can join us, since you're not too far from "the Lou".

Is MMS open every day for C&R? I know that the other parks are only open Fri-Mon, 8a.m. to 4p.m. Interesting....

Growler, yeah, last year for Christmas I got her a Kitchen-Aid mixer (which got me 20 pounds) and for her birthday some new breatheable waders. So, I guess we're "engaged". I'm a total romantic as you can tell. She said she would like the Canon Digi Rebel XTi 10.1 MP. She's not a pro, but takes some great shots and makes a little side money selling them on i-Stock so, whatever keeps her happy, that's what she's getting.

Help! My girlfriend is totally into taking stock photos and needs a new digi camera. She burned her old camera out, she does a lot of i-stock stuff. Anyone have a favorite for this type of photography. I'm under the gun with Christmas coming up. Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks.

11.28.07 Wild Acres Park - 11:30am 6 fish to hand in 25 minutes today all on a green roach with black head. As info, anyone planning on hitting Busch this weekend or next.... If you want to travel from St. Charles County to Chesterfield and east Saturday, no problem. But heading west will be another story. At 5 a.m. Saturday, the Missouri Department of Transportation will close the westbound Highway 40 Daniel Boone Bridge over the Missouri River for repairs. The closure will last until about 7 p.m. Sunday. And unless the job goes quicker than anticipated, MoDOT will repeat the closure the following weekend. The three westbound Highway 40 lanes at the Boone bridge carry about 40,000 vehicles daily. MoDOT officials said Tuesday they want to finish the work before the big Highway 40 shutdown in St. Louis County on Jan. 2. But the Boone closure has grabbed the attention of Chesterfield officials, who are questioning the timing with holiday shopping in full swing at Chesterfield Commons and the local mall.

Thanks Dano. I got it for free from a Cortland rep a couple of years ago, he gave me 4 or 5 different spools. So I figure I can't really charge anyone for it, don't want to ruin my mojo. Oh, yeah, someone may know the answer to this.... The Cortland guy gave me a spool of 444SL WF 4.5 floating line, can I use that on my 5wt or would it serve me better to use it on my 3wt? Or, am I doomed to buy a 4wt? Hate it when I'm forced into getting new gear.
