whats up with that?? what caused it and how often does that happen there.. i have been goin for years and never seen that LA

my problem with that is i dont know where those structures are and our boats dont have no finders lol just 4 seats and an outboard 25hp lol what can i do to find those spots without technology?? thanks.. sorry for hijacking this thread but might be usefull for this guy also LA

yeah its my first house IVE owned but went half with a friend for a few years and ive done all kinds of work from construction to industrial mechanic. My dads a cabinet installer and knows all about wood working and construction and i used to be a metal fabricator and love working with my hands and building/fixing stuff which is good lol im excited cause no more landlord but worried also lol cause until my Fiance cant physicly work right now due to her have Fybromyalga and no insurance .. so until i can afford insurance for her we cant get the meds she needs to make it through the day.. so im lookin for more work after already working 50+ hours a week.. now im lookin for pt work too.. hence why i havent been fishing much and cant wait for my 4 day fishing trip LA

congrats on the new purhcase.. ive never acutally stopped at scottys but have fished around it for a little over 10 years.. always great people around there and sounds to be no different now .. good luck with your investment and hope you and your family enjoy LA

im hopin for some good weather obviously and hope for decent generation cause the last few years has been heavy running day and night.. im hopin for like two during the day and little to none at night.. i love dock fishin with the added comfort of the heated room on our dock lol.. just sit down there and have some drinks and relax while everyone else in my group plays poker and get loud and wasted.. last year we spent the first night on fri all night fishing and when the others came down in the morning we were heading up with a full stringer already lol LA

thank you all so very much for all the tips and tricks.. i generally like the monkey island on down area also.. we stopped goin there as much during the construction time cause we didnt catch much and it always depends on whos driving the boat lol they have control and dont catch as much so we kinda go with their decision.. but im gonna take all this info with us and im sure we will catch good numbers.. this means a lot guys thanks LA

yeah thats the name of that hotel lol i have had a lot of luck by that island across from that too but that was before they started redoing a lot of that area due to bas pro and stuff.. i will check out all your tips and see what i can do.. we do a tourney and its purely on length and not weight or numbers.. just longest.. would be nice to win for once but im more for the great weekend with friends and family and fishing thanks a lot man .. a lot of help LA

yeah when it comes to spinner for trout i mean rooster tails.. i got a pretty nice brownie off a white and grey rooster by the dead hotel lol dont know the name of it but im sure you know what i mean.. we stay at trout hollow and usually go up to the boat ramp and start drifting there and stop just past the new bass pro until we find an area we like and concentrate on that area.. most of our group just uses power baits so i dont know much of the other baits thanks

we consider it a prison but are buyin a house and gettin it in a couple weeks lol oh wait lol LA

hey we are migrating down for our annual presidents day trout tourney Feb 15th. Now i have been down there for about 10 years running now and i have had some great years and some not so great years.. im not expecting to catch trophy fish or lunkers but just want to have a successful weekend of fishing my my father and friends.. this trip is one of the only times my Dad and I have together away from our wives lol.. i just wanna make sure he has the best trip possible and he always looks to me after the past few years of researchin and catchin more than him lol.. any help would be appreciated.. we generally just drift fish with power bait and small hooks.. which sometimes works and sometimes doesnt.. thanks guys.. you have always helped me since i found this site.. yeah i have used these before with different results.. had some in the bag and im willin to try just about anything to catch fish lol .. last year i have REALLY good luck with the blood worms from berkley LA

i use rooster tails quite a bit when i get bored or if they are not biting on the eggs much.. the best i caught on a rooster tail was the year they changed brownies from 19 to 21 and it was a little over 20" but not quite 21 lol and it would have won our tourney that year but oh well LA

i really doubt that you have any stickers left but we are coming down in Feb for our annual trip and would love to be sporting a new sticker on the truck lol cant wait for another fantastic trip.. this will be my.. umm let me think.. 13th year i think.. cant remember now lol thanks either way on the sticker.. keep up the good work and this year i will do my best to get some pics LA

where is the best place to fish from shore in the trophy area gettin there by vehicle?? we are renting a boat from our lodge, Trout Hollow but sometimes not able to get to trophy area by boat.. any help would be VERY appreciated.. i leave Friday morning at 8am.. cant wait to get down there.. thanks VERY much LA

oh trust me i know all too well about that advice lol.. have plenty of warm clothes and Rain Snow ice or high water NEVER stops me from fishing .. love it too much.. i will fish in all weather.. here or at taneycomo lol LA

our group is having our annual tourney this weekend starting Friday night at midnight.. we will be gettin down there around noon on Friday.. where do you guys think you will be fishing??? we stay at the Trout Hollow.. have for YEARS lol.. just some place that allows our group lol.. hope this year is better than last.. it was so cold last year we didnt do much boat fishing mainly on the heated dock.. hope you all have a great weekend of fishing any tips to bring home that trophy this year would be MUCH appreciated.. no fly gear in our group just spinners.. thanks a lot and KEEP ON FISHIN!!!
