  1. Isn't that exactly what you are doing???? You really have no experience other than hearsay correct??
  2. Nice!! Love the car!
  3. Fruit Loops. I meant Fruit Loops.
  4. Well I see you have had your morning bowl. I didn't blame anybody for anything. It got political long before pg 9. I guess it just depends on who is slinging mud as to whether it is political or not.
  5. No, it just had a steady, inexhaustible diet of cute pets.
  6. The biggest one I ever saw was at J A Reed. Easily a 60 pounder. I didn't have any trouble seeing him as we met face to face at one of the ramps.
  7. Must be me as I can plainly see the white tipped tail of this bobcat. And so did everybody else when this was posted days ago.
  8. Sorry Drew, Mitch is right. What you just described is known as republican conservatism.
  9. At least some of us have it to loose.
  10. Sounds just like the 1%'ers we have here. Small world huh?
  11. Now looky here DW....
  12. I always had him pegged as a Nancy boy!
  13. It ain't got enough to wade. I have been staying away from the smaller creeks for a few months now. The fish have enough stress to deal with.
  14. You might try spell check before immediately calling others idiots. Good bye.
  15. Isn't this just a reprint????
  16. No link for the rest of us???
  17. Ask him just exactly where that elk was really shot. Then we will find out just how truthful he really is. Ask him how come HE stopped tighter restrictions from being adopted to stop the slaughter of Mt. Lions?? Then toss out this softball question. Will he be running for Go? As soon as Nixon is done?? I can already answer these questions for him, but would like to hear his spin.
  18. I discovered Falcon rods a few years ago and I haven't looked back since. But this isn't so much about the rod as it is about their customer service. To bring you up to speed, earlier this year, during turkey season, Dylan was using my Falcon rod and it broke. When I got back, I headed back to Academy to see what we could do. They looked it up and discovered they didn't stock that particular rod anymore. They offered me my money back. But what they offered was only $20. Are you freaking kidding me??? $20???? I paided $70!!! The reason they only offered $20 is that since they were not going to carry this particular rod, they had kept discounting it to get rid of all the stock. If I would have known that, I would have bought a bunch of them for $20!!! I told them I really don't want the money, I want another rod. So they started to head back to the fishing section and I said don't bother, you don't have any here. They again were at a loss so I suggested they get one from another store. What a novel idea, a store transfer! To the computer we went. They found 1. Only 1 in the whole system. They put in the request to have it shipped and told me it would take about two weeks. They took my name and number and would call when it came in. Two weeks go by. Three weeks go by. The fourth week I go to get some answers. Nope, nothing yet. Eight freaking weeks, 2 months, go by and I am getting rather warm but remain calm. Finally 3 months into this, I go back and find a different manager and tell him the story. He immediately gets to cracking on the case. He see's there is a rod in cyber land but can't quite follow the tracking of it. BECAUSE THERE IS NO TRACKING!!!!!!! All he can find is the request and that it was shipped. It has now vanished. He states he will call their buyers and have them find one. He takes my name and number and will call me Monday. Monday comes and goes. And so does every other day of the week. I go back two weeks later and find him. "Ummm, yeah, they can't get one." Oh yeah, you couldn't call me???? So this week I had some business that took me to Tulsa. I thought well, I have nothing to loose at this point, I'll take the rod with me and run by the headquarters and see what will happen. I take care of my bussiness and run to Falcon. I walk in the door, look around for a second and a nice young man walks out. I show him the rod and ask if there is anything they could or would do. He takes it, looks at it. Says I'll be right back. He is gone all of about 90 seconds and comes back out with a brand new rod. Hands it to me and says "here ya go, these just came in". That simple. Thank you Falcon Rods! You guy's ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. Well Ray I just looked it up and it was shot in 1936. Have another shot of shine and you be fine.
  20. No need to bump it. He hasn't been here since June 2010.
  21. With that train of thought, those that enjoy watching butterflies from an MDC area or other natural should have to purchase a hunting license?? Aren't also using the resource??? So they should have to pay extra. Isn't that really what we are saying here. We are all paying for it but if we want to use it we need to pay extra??? That is what I was smelling too. You will have to have easy access to purchasing the license, such as MDC vendors. But since MDC is charged with game laws, it will become trouble some to get the money to who should be using it, the DNR.
  22. It doesn't sound too bad on the surface. What agency will be issuing the license??
  23. Well now that we understand. Care to translate that other stuff??
