So you think they just made that up? Or do think that biologist preformed tests on the dead carcass's of the scavenger's and found that lead was a leading cause of death? Where they also dishonest about DDT? Where they also dishonest about waterfowl ingesting lead while foraging?

Got a letter in the Mail today from the Inspector General. Says they have sent a suspicious package of a high level concern to Homeland Security for further inspection of possible terroristic type high explosive material. There was no return address and that is one reason why I am under a Level 1 Surveillance. My every breath will be tracked and recorded. Boy just wait until they find out it is SD starter. Or Ness set me up!!

Yeah, thats all we hear. I think Mizzou was the SEC East champs last year. Only second year in the badass conference. Texas AM has more than held their own. Not bad for two teams that were to be dominated for the foreseeable future in the toughest confrence. Seems like the SEC powerhouses keep ending up in the L column.

No not really. There is a mill somewhere in this state I was hearing about the other day but I can't remember what media I heard or read it from. Anyway this mill was built on top of the bluff. There was no room on the river floor. It was quite a feat in how they got all the equipment where it was needed and maintained. I wish I could remember the name and where it was. PBS 26 KOLR in Springfield has a lot of great programs on Missouri history of the area.

Hell you didn't need to look at gauges to know it was gonna be blown out. The Pineville gauge fools a lot of people. It's on Little Sugar which flows north out of AR. The next gauge up is at Powell on the Big Sugar. Two totally different water sheds when it comes to rain. You don't have a true Elk gauge until you get to Tiff City, which the Elk runs well south of, it's the Buffalo that runs near Tiff City, on the MO-OK border just up from Grand Lake.

Yes the Duckmeister is mentioned. There are two other authors besides Jeff too. As far as I know at this point, this is the only book. You can get a leather bound copy for $150, though it is not mentioned here. I haven't read the whole thing yet.

Not a fan of the Undercliff anymore. It used to be a really great place with decent, not too pricey food and 45 minute wait on a table. It's still neat place, with sucky food that cost waaaay to much. My go to was the Mikes Dam Good Sandwich. And it was dam good. But it ain't worth $10. At one time he had a really good fried baloney sandwich. But it was a hard sell at $8. The quality has gone down as fast as the price has gone up. Just about everybody I know has stopped going there. Too bad because we used to like going there.
