  1. Get your story straight. I didn't post a report about that trip, FishinCricket did. And it wasn't the law I had trouble with. In fact I didn't have trouble with anyone. It was a phyco landowner that had trouble with me. So nnnmmmeeeeehhhhhhh! You are right though, and I have been beat on about this before, I have really slacked on posting reports. I didn't think you guy's cared for my reports anymore. But alas I feel the love. My daughter requested a float for this weekend, in fact I am fixing to fix some snacks here in just a minute. When we get done, I have to run to my dads and pick up a whistle pig. While I am there I am going to take a pic of a shadow box that I made him years ago and post it with the one T'fishR made for his dad. Then, when I get home, or maybe the next morning, I'll post a report for you.
  2. Of course we knew the governemnt was keeping tabs. Remember when prior to 2008 the Gov. forced phone companies to release the records? There was a huge battle over it. Some companies did and some balked. The Gov. was also, and may still be, searching through emails and forum posts that contain certain words and or phrases. They had a list of certain buzz words, like bomb, kill, and such. They had a whole list. When those words were used, the conversation was intercepted and analyzed. But that was all ok then. It was all accepted under the threat of terrorism.
  3. He ain't much better. After seeing him throw out the first pitch one time, I am afraid to see him cast a flyrod. But at least he has the look of determination and not confusion. Whoo whoo whoo, Hey Moe, Hey Larry, Whoo whoo whoo, ruff, ruff, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk.
  4. So these two bafoons were who you looked up to and learned to fish from? That explains why you have never posted a pic or a report.
  5. Thanks guy's. Being fathers day weekend, lets see some pics of the men that were instrumental in forming this habit we call a hobby. Here is one more.
  6. You have no fear, you are just worried. Always removing dangers before they are a problem. I don't know how you allow yourself to leave the house.
  7. How come you didn't butt in when they started on Sharia law? What does that have to do with taxes? But to answer your question, no it is not wrong for a persons viewpoint to change. But has your view point really changed or is it just because of the polictial party that is in charge that changed? Thanks for cleaning up my mess too. I am still trying to clean up the mess your parents made. If you think this all started in 2008, as some want you to believe, you haven't been follwing along at all.
  8. My premise is, if you didn't cry about it then, don't cry about it now. You accepted then, now is no different.
  9. This is the man that got me started 45 years ago on the same river he started me on.
  10. Coool, now post up!!
  11. I understand JD, that people have certain fears. But you, of all people, being an outdoors person, with a massive weapons arsenal placed strategically at every orifice of your house, your car, and your person, your least fear should be a creature with no defense.
  12. You stand a better chance of finding a Unicorn under your bed.
  13. You can join him in trying find one post he made condemning the previous administration.
  14. Odd you didn't have these feelings prior to 2008.
  15. In your space?? The snake has no legs to chase you. It has no arms and hands to grab you with. It only has a mouth to use for its defense. So unless you get in its space, it will have nothing to do with you. It must make one feel pretty manly destroying a creature that is basically defensless. And seeing that deaths to humans from snake bite in this state are practically 0, I don't see where the threat to life is. Sad that the same results can't be the same on the other side.
  16. Yet they love apples. Go figure.
  17. This was during the 2012 season. We were in Barton County fishing between storms. And it was rather productive. During one storm while taking a luch break, we found out that local fishing legend Jim Rogers was very ill and put into a home. He passed a few days later. I still wish I would have had one more conversation with him. Loved talking shop with him.
  18. How do we know your name is really Jerry Rapp? Can you post your driver license and your SS card so we can verify?
  19. If it is not in YOUR hand, it is NOT under YOUR control. I don't care what kind of cat like reflexes you have.
  20. I learned to watch for that myself. You can just see them fixing to thrash their head from side to side. Another fun thing to do when fishing from a canoe. When you let them go, slip them into the water tail first, straight up and down. Leave just the head out and let go easily. They will float there for second with their head out and then explode back up out of the water trying to shake loose. Not knowing they are already free. You can get just about everyone of them to do this. Some will even get so far out they tail walk. Try it next time you"re out.
  21. What!!! Where is the outrage!! This is just another huge scandal from the big O regime! Just more hidden taxes from the Healthcare stuffed down our throats! This just reeks of union thug Chicago gang land style politics! Absolutely unbelievable! This is Marxist socialism at its height! We must overthrow this government now! Blantant tyranny! What?? taxes have been collected since the inception of this country by its founding fathers? You mean this is not a huge scandal? The other stuff is not either? Oh....well......ok......
  22. Great first bass! Now they are both hooked! HA!
  23. No. You just can't reason with the unreasonable. Nothing he said there had any semblance of truth or reality,
  24. They do make them to run on soybean oil. Not sure what the conversion cost is. But mother earth will love it.
