I love Ozark Roundsteak! You take some smoked, fry in a pan, melt a slice of cheese on it, top with a garden fresh mater, and you have world class dining! It gets s Michelin rating of 6 stars!

Right on Ness! Later on, in a month or so, they will put out whole Ribeyes. Still $5.99 or $6.99 lb. Talk about a time to get you summers worth of steak!!

Also Randy, They actually cut their own meat too! They have great prices on steak too. Now it may not have the best marbling, but some of their T-Bone's are really Porterhouse's and they will cut any thickness you want. T-Bones are currently $5.99 lb. I have mine cut 2" thick. I put my multi needle tenderizer to them, season, grill and cut with butter knife. I realize it is not Prime and probably not even Choice. But when I get done, you can't tell. But my wallet sure does! LOL!

Save A Lot They are 2 to a cryovac bag. I was seperating to freeze and one was bigger than the gallon size bags I was using. So I quickly slathered in mustard and a rub and away she went.

Update Ness I didn't read your post completely. With all the St. Patrick's stuff going on I thought you were doing a corned beef. I should read more. At any rate, I'm smoking a corned beef. Sorry about that. I have also added a pork butt that I got this morning for $.99a pound!

I remember one time when I was hosting a group float on one of my streams with that same insect. When we floated through the land of enchantment, now famously known as Praters float, Cadilla was a little more engaging. I think there is still a video of it on YouTube.
