Bill this is my first reply to a post. I have really enjoyed your post
in the past and have learned a lot about table rock from reading them submitted by you and others. I have fished for many years and enjoy fishing
both tournaments and taking kids and family. Every day the good Lord lets
me spend on the water is a blessing. But your post on Bass Pro products was uncalled for. I can remember when fishing bass tournaments many years ago
people look down on you if you didn"t fish out of a Ranger. I fish out of a charger and have for many many years and it is matter of choice not cost. Plus they are made in MO and stand behind their boats. I did buy a tracker
back 1983 and really enjoyed that boat. Sure it isn"t like my 21 ft. bass boat but have you forgotten what it was like not to be able to afford the boats we now own. I still beleive I caught as many fish out of that tracker as I do now. The boat doesnt make the fisherman or person. Like you I have been cut off many times and just like when driving a car it doesnt make it right but why let it ruin your day or every one else day around you. I fish the lake of the ozarks alot and table rock which is getting more crowded doesnt compare. Next time someone cuts you off firmly by politely explain to them this is not good fishing manners. Then if they do not understand or get smart let them know your feelings. Like the other gentleman stated this is a big lake, learn to share. I know you guide but a dear friend I have on Truman Fred Baraks says "I want every client to catch fish (and the usually do) but never reveil your best spots, because I enjoy fishing and have spent hundreds of hours finding them, In your reports give the conditions and
depth and baits and let people learn on their own. A person new to this lake would have to be an idiot if he read your post and it said you can catch them
in brushy creek, next to the big tree on the point. How can you get mad if you tell the world and the next time you go their are forty boats their.
